The marina is open year round and is available to the general public. Boat launching is free for residents while there is a small fee for non residents. Please observe the Marina Rules.
Gas Dock
The Gas Dock is open April through September.

Marina Clubhouse
The marina clubhouse is provided for the use of residents
and their guests. To reserve the clubhouse for a private function, please
contact the business office.
Sandy Point Yacht Club
The sandy point yacht club is open to community
residents. Dues are $10 year. The yacht club meets monthly with a potluck dinner following. Several cruises throughout the year are planned. See the Calendar for dates and times. For more information on joining the yacht club, please contact the

Slip Leases
The Sandy Point Improvement Company may lease slips under the terms and conditions stated in the Marina Slip Lease Agreement.
