The mission of the Sandy Point Improvement Company is to:
  1. Provide water to Sandy Point residents in the State approved Water System Plan service area.
  2. Maintain a marina, golf course, swimming pool and club house for full enjoyment of Class A shareholders.
  3. Maintain Association common areas.
  4. Enhance shareholder values.
  5. Maintain friendly relations with neighboring property owners and groups
